Welcome to Table Chat, the dietitian-hosted podcast literally born between a pizza shop and a taco joint!

We are two friends who met while training to become dietitians, and when you share the same favorite blogs/books, the same lucky number (it’s 16), a very similar food philosophy, and nearly identical childhood bowl haircuts, it usually means you should start a podcast together. So, here we are.

Erinn Gregory RDN Table Chat Show Podcast

Erinn is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. She works in private practice and consulting as her day-job, and also enjoys writing about building healthy relationships with food and body-image over on her blog, FoodBalance. Outside the nutrition world, she loves hiking, walking her dog, playing board games, jigsaw puzzles, and being a total homebody. Favorite food: pizza. Least favorite food: pizza without cheese.


Rachel is also a Registered Dietitian and has a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. She works as a clinical dietitian by day and by night is the one behind the sort-of-a food blog, Food-ish. She likes cycling, food writing, travel and holding babies she did not have to birth herself. Favorite food: tacos. Least favorite food: all traditional Thanksgiving fare.

We hope our show helps remind you that while food is a big part of life, it is not the only part of life; it fuels the conversations we want to have and the things we need to do. Together, we hope to encourage you to have a more joyful and healthy relationship with food, educate you on whole eating and myth-free, evidence-based nutrition, share and discuss passion for life and interests outside of food and nutrition, and bring you a show with *minimal* cursing every other Monday.
